Fast, quick and simple post today…cause it is the end of the week and I have a 5 year old sitting next to me that is trying to educate his mother about Darth Maul (I seriously have no idea what he is talking about…lots of nodding going on here).
Day 8 is here in our 14 Day Bodyweight Challenge…which means that we are over half way done with this challenge.
Are you sticking with it? Be honest…because really, eventually everyone will know if you have been exercising and eating healthier…it is an amazing thing called “weightloss” that seems to happen as we move more. Crazy stuff, I know. 😉 (I’m a bit snarky today…you just have to deal with it)
Not only is today Day 8 (which will be posted below) but it is also FRIDAY FUNNIES! on our Facebook page. Every Friday we post funny pictures and quotes and just give you a chance to smile a bit and maybe have a few chuckles. You can even share these with your friends and you will maybe even become “the funny fit friend”.
