It’s the weekend but that doesn’t mean we still don’t have 15 minutes to get a little workout in. Day 8 will be on a Football Sunday so as you are sitting there watching the game…just remember that you could be getting in a mini-workout at the same time!
Today we are challenging you with a core workout. Yep…we are going back to that stomach and back and working those a bit.
We have three exercises for you to do and then follow that up with some intervals. Below is a description or video of the exercises to help you figure out how to do the not-co-common ones:
