14 Day Bodyweight Challenge…Day 10

Happy Day 10! (I originally wrote that this was day 9…but it is 10…I have major paint fumes going on from painting our new gym for women for about 5 kazillion hours today…so just ignore the mistakes and just go with it…k?  🙂

Our 14 Day Bodyweight Challenge is almost over and we are going to finish with a bang!  Today though…we are going to just rest.

Use this day to think about a few different things that are related to your own journey:

  • what type of person do you want to be in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year?
  • what do you need to do in order to meet those goals?
  • what is one thing that you could change this week to help you reach your journey?
