Happy Day 10! (I originally wrote that this was day 9…but it is 10…I have major paint fumes going on from painting our new gym for women for about 5 kazillion hours today…so just ignore the mistakes and just go with it…k? 🙂
Our 14 Day Bodyweight Challenge is almost over and we are going to finish with a bang! Today though…we are going to just rest.
Use this day to think about a few different things that are related to your own journey:
- what type of person do you want to be in 3 months, 6 months, 1 year?
- what do you need to do in order to meet those goals?
- what is one thing that you could change this week to help you reach your journey?
