Jessica Williams aka mom, wife, fitness instructor, very amateur boxer and radio host at Y105FM. I was a beginner … in everything! Today … I want pull people off the treadmills that I have seen them walking on and show them how to lift some weights. I lift heavy stuff … and I put it down … and, seriously, every woman should be able to lift their own bags of salt at Home Depot.
Cori Drost is a wife, mom of three, part-time secretary and random writer who is learning how to take small steps towards big goals. She tends to be an all-or-nothing kind of person, but a journey to learn how to run — something she always hated — has taught her a lot about slow, gradual change.
Shannon Fujimura is known by many aliases’ Mom, Wife, hey you, coach, but likes the first 2 best! Shannon is an ambassador for both Sweat Pink and I’m Fit Possible, as well as a coach for Beach Body. Shannon is THRILLED to be joining The Journey! I want to help inspire and motivate others the way I have been. I am FINALLY learning the slow and steady wins the race, at least when it comes to the health of myself and my family. Step by step we are getting healthier and stronger each and every day.
Jenny Chapman is a wife, mother of two young girls and works part-time as a fundraising coach. As a busy working mom, I am making small changes in the way we eat to be healthy and eat more veggies! I love to cook and look forward to sharing my favs with you. I love to experiment with recipes and view them as outlines–I have fun making healthy yummy food and enjoy the process. (As I write this bio, I just realized my veggies and fruits I am steaming for my superfood blend have been going way too long.) 🙂
