We are here to bust the cardio myths, make small changes and learn how to build confidence with strength training and bodyweight exercises. We also feature boxing, indoor cycling and a variety of strength training equipment.
I truly am passionate about helping other woman learn how to change their lifestyle to get healthier. My journey has been a long one of pain and being in that obese category for too long! I learned how to change my life one small change at a time and that is what I want to help other woman accomplish. I specialize in strength training, boxing and cycling.

  • This really depends on the goals that each individual has as well as their strengths/weaknesses and any injuries. My belief is that anyone can do something…and I will help you as you learn more about what you truly are capable of doing.
  • Nutrition information and will encourage you to slowly increase some of the greener and healthier food options into your diet.
  • One-on-one workouts or with a friend.

Online Coaching Option:

  • One-on-one session at the gym once a month and workouts provided for you to do at home or at another location for an entire month and communication online to help stay you motivated and accountable.  Contact Jessica at mominmn@gmail.com for pricing.
